I love the colors in this shot and the title is so fitting too.
I also love how you captured a bit of the water in the bottom of the frame, and the glimpse towards its texture and coloration, the shine and darkness to it, along with its smooth and calm ..persona... xD Ran out of words there
Love the cloudy and colorful sky too, it's got that perfect edge of delicacy to it, nothing hugely over-bearing but nothing too small to go unnoticed.

I got the water because I find it frames the picture quite well and adds a second, subtle layer to it
I accentuated the colours via the photo editing software to really bring out the colours because they were layered so well in real life and it's hard to capture that in a photo sometimes.
And yeah the clouds were especially soft that evening so it had a very tranquil feel to it and the sun just melted into the horizon.
