Knowing this comic she probably cant get to the elite for without 8 more badges and when she gets there all the Elite 4 members were killed by Red. And he's gone crazy or just trying to save kanto and is like candace and connected to ho-oh so they have to have a battle for control or red is fighting the elite for cuz its thier fault and they have to work together to defeat them then ho-oh comes and takes control of red so she has to kill read or catch ho-oh......Or its red and his pokemon hd turned on him so candace has to fight his pokemon and he tells her he's been keeping kanto safe and that mewtwo is behind it and the only way to defeat him is with ho-oh and lugia or just ho-oh.
