When you look at your drawing, the element you see in first is the eyes, they look so realistic ! The hair movement is also well-done, we see that it "goes around" the head, and that the strands of hair are going up, good job on this one !
If I could give you an advice, it would be about the hand, its size and position. Now, you're probably like me, you have trouble drawing hands, and that's one common problem among artists haha

The eyes are the outstanding part here.I like their soft shimmering but somehow piercing stare.
