That is a seriously cool reimagining of dragonair. Much the yes.
I do have to wonder, though, if it can keep its tail straight when it's gliding. The head has wings, but the tail isn't so lucky... and there's a lot of tail.

The tail is actually what would make gliding possible for it, like real gliding snakes, which are a real thing that is cool, as the weaving side to side creates more of an air pocket to ride on:

What i really should have done was add a large lump of pectoral and back muscle on top of the head to make the wings operable, but that wouldn't make it very snake-shaped.

well, they have to at least somewhat realistically sustain a gliding body. The serpentine body already catches a lot of air, but the wings still need to be big enough to steer. Thank you!
