Description
Walt (The Personification of Disney) Desperately wanted to have nations of his own, ones whom he could control and mold to his liking. So he kidnapped the Real Nations of Hetalia and cloned them, giving these new clones names and Identities that he saw would fit them.

This is Arthur George Darling, Personification of Disney Britain. His design is a mixture of Peter Pan, Captain Hook, and George Banks from Mary Poppins (The original, not the poopy remake). Though his hair, eyes, and body are that of the Real Britain.

Arthur tends to be very childish like Peter Pan and sees every fight as some sort of elaborate game, he refuses to acknowledge that he's an Adult and will ignore anyone who says it to his face. He can fly into raging temper tantrums just like Tinkerbell (Disney Tinkerbell), but he's as smart and sly as Captain Hook....tricking others into dangerous situations at times.

Despite being so childish he is a very caring man, and he does his bet to be a proper Gentleman when needed. And unlike the Real Britain, he's the best of friends with Disney France...they are nearly inseparable. Mirroring the relationship between Lumiere and Cogsworth from Beauty and the Beast.

Arthur prefers to fly around with Tinkerbell rather than walk, since he fears that if he ever lands he may never fly again. But when he does land it's always to battle or wage war. And Captain Hook is in control of his mind at those times. He's also extremely susceptible to Kaa the snake's hypnosis, along with certain mind control spells.

He only has one acceptation with being an adult, and that is taking care of his beloved Coraline. He felt extremely guilty when he was unable to save her from her villain, Bill Cipher. And now does everything in his power to raise and protect her. She means the world to him, and losing her would break him completely.

-He does have a pet dog named Pongo, but rarely is seen (101 Dalmatians)

- When he gets extremely depressed he tends to have massive lapses in sanity, claiming that the Mad Hatter is his boss in those moments...while also wanting to behead people thanks to the Queen of Hearts (Alice in Wonderland-cartoon)

- He's well versed in magic and knows a lot about the outside world thanks to Merlin (Sword in the Stone)

- He an be quite the Detective when needed (Great Mouse Detective)

- He's an incredible shot with both the longbow, shortbow, and crossbow thanks to Robin Hood (Robin Hood-cartoon)

- Some of his fears of being alone stem from Pooh Bear (Winnie the MF Pooh....don't ask why i hate it)

- He's incredibly embarrassed that Mr. Toad even exists, but he is one hell of an inventor thanks to him (Stories of Ichabod and Mr. Toad)

- For reasons nobody knows, he can speak with birds...homing pigeons to be exact. He uses them as a secret message carrying system to aid spies in France, for France's revolution of course (Valiant)
