From boy to man, man to bodyguard, bodyguard to son, son to city, and city to Country. Francis has had quite the journey, surviving the most inhuman living conditions and harshest abuse from Judge Frollo (Who has officially disowned him...hence why France has cannonly officially made him his blood related son), but he is now out of the dark and where he truly belongs...with his whole family...and his Father, France.

Francis is now the Human Personification of the Isle of Saint Martin (Unified). He's gone through a shitload of physical changes. His hair is much longer and a lighter shade of brown, he's more lively and social, he now has a golden earing in his ear...like most Gypsies wear in the Hunchback of Notre Dame, he wears a Gypsy cross necklace, he carries Esmeralda's purple sky scarf when dancing, he's physically de-aged about 3 years...looking 19-20 when he should look 23-24, and he's wearing modern day clothes!.
The only things that haven't changed are his eyes, his scabbard/broadsword, and the fact that he only shaves on special occasions....or when France makes him.

He also has kept his spirit Animal...the Phoenix Phillipe as a tattoo on his back.

Unlike the other new Nations..TJ, Cole, and Harold...he didn't get a special operation to turn into a nation....France gave him his blood via transfusion, said operation is only legal if the subject gives consent...which Francis did not. this turned him into the City of Paris for a few months....slowly turning him into a nation.
To Explain.....the Operation that Harold and TJ underwent made them go into a medically induced coma to simulate going as close to death as possible. If the subject is not put under anesthesia...the subject could get extremely ill as their Human dna fights against the Country DNA like a Virus...killing the body as it does so.
Since Francis wasn't put into the coma, his body started to attack itself. IT took several months to really effect him, giving him a new world record fever....so in the middle of a meeting as everyone was getting up for lunch, he fainted from the super high fever and had to be placed in the medically induced coma to save his life. The coma lasted 2 weeks, which allowed him to turn into Saint Martin without dying.

Months later, France saved Francis from Judge Frollo...who had been attempting to burn him at the stake. France officially claimed Francis as his son since Frollo had disowned him.

Francis is finally allowed to be a full Gypsy and have his Gargoyle friends/guardians at home. He adores Sapphire as his big sister (Sapphire belongs to november123456789066 ). And boy is France gonna spoil him....even though Francis isn't used to it at all.

The only downside to being a super new nation in an adult body...is that he acts more like a child, is more mentally vulnerable, and needs more sleep.

The only bit of him left as a descendant is the Fleur De Lis+ Sword symbol on his flag
