Thank you so much for your kind comment & sorry to hear that you are feeling that awful feeling of despair. Fortunately it does go away & tomorrow always brings a better perspective. I've kind of put photography on
the back burner for awhile - I'm trying my hand at digital manipulations, it's hard but I get inspired looking at
some of the awesome artists here on DA, although they don't seem to be turning out so great! I'll keep
plugging away at it but really my first love is photography. Hope you get to feeling better!

yeah, well, you know, Iยดm going through a phase... anyways, I was checking your manipulations and I find them super good, at least the one where I left a comment on was super cool. There was another one, an unshaved guy with wide opened eyes and the dry soil texture, that was really good

Your too sweet. I find that I have to throw myself into my photography or Photoshop or go completely
crazy otherwise. The manipulations, I'm trying very hard to get better at them & that keeps me very occupied
lately. Those Phases can be awful, I know, been there, done that! Take care!!

I like this. The narrow range of grey tones are very evokative of the despairing emotion so evident in the model's pose.
It also works well compositionally, I like how the subject is off-center like that. Well done.

You send a note to *her* with the link to your entry (it can be this piece or a new one or another). If it's a new image, just submit it as a deviation. And on your entry you put the link to her contest/profile and say you are entering.
