Vision

I like the concepts of each character being showcased here.The colors on all of them really stand out from each other making them different from each other as well as their original design. Line art looks good, the coloring looks phenomenal and the shading you added looks well executed.
Originality
------------
For each design to be very different from the original artwork gives you major points for originality. I really like the creativity you offer when you drew these guys up especially Slyveon whom intrigues me the most not only by design, but by the facial expression. It looks creepy he way it stares into the eyes of the audience like that. I only wish there were a background or any kind of environment.
Technique
------------
The anatomy looks very similar to the original artwork of it and you expanded on that original concept. You made it crystal clear that you know how to draw the Pokemon. Depth wise it looks amazing as the lights cast many shadows on and around the body looks good. I even like how you included the shadow onto the floor. You have avery good technique and your art style is most interesting to look at.
Impact
---------
I hope i'm not alone to say that Slyveon's eyes really creep me out. The way it stares into the audience adds a good creepy factor and impacts them alone regardless if you were aiming for that or not. The art and colors alone make me "ooo" and "ahhh" as if i'm looking at a fireworks show. Overall this is a pretty good image. It needs a background however to be even better.

Though the lighting is a bit bright to the sight of eyes and would have came out better if the lighting was toned down a bit.
