They have, just they don't classificate their genders like us humans (Male/Female) and in other Manga and anime, this thing of "they don't have gender" is throw away from the same creatures, since there are Digimon pairings and even they sayed Digimon dont bleed but that is false too, since they are normal creatures but from the digital world.
