Because there is too much blur on the front is distracting from what the focus seem to be, maybe if the focus was better distributed it wouldnt be so hard to admire. The colors on the other side are very balanced, the detail on the eye looks pretty neat, the overall composition looks ok but that leave that is near the eye doesnt help the whole composition because of the blur it competes with the eye to be viewed and it seems because of the detail and neat is the eye the important part of the shot.
