Yanasi Alko and Peli Vallus.
Empowered is about a young Peli Vallus who is nearly graduated from Central Command Academy. She's long been teased for being tall and flat-chested, and also a bit awkward. She gets so sick of it that she accidentally shrinks a classmate down to size out of frustration, and does not know how to restore him. Unfortunately, that same power gets Peli reduced in size, and when her former roommate and envious classmate Yanasi discovers that her former roommate and prospective boyfriend are tiny, things get interesting.
