Suwako has been confirmed as a playable character for Touhou 12.3 as has Cirno. We can finally have Frog vs. Ice Fairy matches and they'll finally do us the favor of making Suwako viable for Mugen hopefully.Related content

I can finally be able to see Sanae, Cirno, AND Suwako in there. Atleast I can be able to see Kanako Yasaka when you play as Sanae.
