That's dope, I had a similar idea for a revision of Cammy, just a bit more Splinter Cell-ish. I think Capcom really dropped the ball on not re-working the designs, I had an idea to put Sagat in a tattered and worn out traditional Muay Thai outfit with rope wrapped around his fist and no eye patch, just letting his dead white eye show, and switching Balrog onto a MMA style look with black board shorts, ankle wraps and mma grappling gloves, shaved head and a Tyson-esque tribal tatt on his face. I never got around to drawing them, maybe I'll just customize some action figures into the looks or something...

yep ; what a pity that capcom didn'tr make new design for these characters...just hope their second outfit in the game will be original... btw the sagat u described would have been amazing
