Description
This is Robert. Robert the werewolf. I'm currently building his world. More to come...Usually I really like very wolfy werewolves, like this ([link] ), but I decided I wanted some more human mixed in to these guys. No name for the "breed" yet.

Very interesting transplant concept. It's been something I've been toying with for a while with my werewolf characters, but never really implemented. I have a knack for making unessecarily violent circumstances for them to be introduced to the virus.
A am also a fan of 'wolf' werewolves, but I like the changes you did with this one. The face is my favorite--clearly canine, but there's a lot of human in it as well.

I have to fave, not only because it is cool, but in a way it shows a personal theory. Though I think Werewolves manly keep to bloodlines, every now and then 'infecting' a human to increase the size of the gene pool, I think blood transfusions and organ replacements may still cause Lycanthropy in -some- human cases. Other cases being severe sickness or even death with lack of compatibility.
Personally, I think that is one is not born and does not have the said extended bloodline, that they will look different, more... human. Much like this. I think this is cool, more then cool. Awesome!

Haha thanks. These guys though, Robert looks pretty normal for a werewolf and lycanthropy is passed on through blood infection, like HIV. Werewolf children have to be changed too.
Robert receiving an organ was a total accident. The werewolf he got the organ from was killed in a car crash and never gave the "donor" on his license a second thought (which was probably there before that person was a werewolf). Doctors don't really test for lycanthropy, so the organ was approved as healthy, and a match, then given to Robert (who had spent a very long time on the transplant list).
I will hopefully be setting up his world more and more. The werewolves in my "verse", while I'm sure they aren't the only of their kind, are unique among a lot of werewolf lore.

Very creative with the kidney! Usually werewolves become such by being bitten, but your idea is much more unique, and it would make sense. :3 I love his design!
