Your texture work is absolutely stunning as always, so congrats on that...the face and head seems oddly disproportionate to the body tho, or rotated too far toward the camera, or the head might be too far left (try to trace where her neck should be with your eyes)...I can't put my finger on it, but it's really bugging me

haha yeah, I looked through her gallery to find the original pose, and it didn't look like you moved anything. I think I might have a guess at what it is tho:
-She's leaning toward the camera in that pose, so her head are closer (and therefore, bigger) than they might otherwise be.
-We can tell they're closer because her neck and hair give us a sense of depth.
-Then you add the orange hair on top, but that hair seems to fall straight down onto her chest, so it makes it look like the head and body are the same distance, which makes the face look oddly proportioned. When really it's about a foot closer and SHOULD be bigger.
Anyway, I think it's the hair. That's my take on it.

that extra bit of neck adds alot. you might think about erasing more around the edge of her eye & nose, etc also, so that the face reads as more sideways... this is definitely a challenging pose to include in a manip
