Super High School Level Archer — "Always leave some arrows in your quiver."
Arco's talent is SHSL archer, which means he's very good at shooting arrows from any measure of distance. He's quite proud of this accomplishment and has a room full of medals and trophies to attest for his skill. This began as an extracurricular that was meant to sharpen his mind, but eventually it escalated into a near full time job. He's been in interviews as a young prodigy and most archery circles would know his name, but his fame is rather narrow and limited to those who are very involved in the archery world. There's not much left that Arco wants to achieve with this talent, but it's all he has so he's clinging onto it until he decides what he actually wants to do with his life.

CHARACTER ANALYSIS
Personality
Quiet / Reserved
Arco is generally soft-spoken and taught to listen more than to speak. His movements match his tone and it'll be rare to find him reacting with any big movements or expressions when he's in business mode.
Responsible / Unyielding / Stubborn
These three kind of go hand in hand. Arco's moral compass is the one thing keeping his personality tied together and if he's ever passionate about anything, it's the concept of honor/truth/morality and the desire to be a kind but just and fair person. If something offends his sensibilities, he'll fight it tirelessly until he has his way. That's not to say that he can't be convinced, however-- and his twin brother is acutely aware of this. If one can convince Arco that something is just, he can be easily manipulated into doing things.
By the book
Going with responsibility, Arco grew up in a house dominated by rules and knowing one's status/place. This fact shapes how he thinks about the world and he will follow every rule as much as he can, as perfectly as he can. That being said, Arco isn't blind though-- he will evaluate and make decisions on which rules to follow as he receives new information and factor in contradictions.
Non-confrontational
Arco hates confrontation more than anything in his personal life. He's avoidant and tends to lack communication, making any private relationships to be exceedingly difficult. He doesn't give voice to what he wants or needs on a personal level. Unless he has proper justification for asking someone to do something (ie. business or someone else is hurting), he will tolerate his own discomforts. He doesn't see it necessary to prioritize his own emotions and happiness before others.
Diplomatic
In a sense, Arco doesn't have much of a personality. Rules, regulations, and business dominates his life and he conducts himself accordingly. While he tries his best to consider other people's feelings, when Arco is confused or enraged he will always default to logic and facts. This tends to infuriate most people who try to befriend him, since it seems as though Arco has no personal opinion about anything. If the facts say he should be a certain way, he will force away what he actually feels to compromise in that direction.
Contradictory
Those who have a history with Arco will eventually be able to pick up on his contradictory nature. In business and while working, he's keen, self-assured and composed. In more casual social settings, however, he's awkward and uncertain, a little too concerned with the fact that he might make a fool of himself to really let loose-- nonetheless, he is very caring and tends to be motherly in nature. To those who've known him only a short while, Arco is merely prim and proper and a huge stick in the mud.
History
One of two heirs to the Lischka fortune, Arco has always been in the shadow of his twin brother. Niko, however, was the complete and total opposite of Arco. While the former is carefree, effortlessly clever and social, Arco is slower to understand things, clinging to rules and books in order to at least try and keep pace. This obvious difference meant, naturally, that Niko was the favoured heir, but Niko's chaotic nature made him a much riskier bet than Arco. Given that this was the state of the next generation, Arco's parents were rather obvious in their favouritism and made little effort to hide their stance on each son. Niko was their favourite, but Arco was the back up-- and Arco had better live up to even that much.
Being a rather good natured child, Arco didn't particularly mind it. Yes, this was how his parents viewed him, and yet he was loved in his own way. The servants enjoyed Arco's calm and fuss-free nature, and many of the employees would rather work with Arco than endure the derision that came with Niko's cleverness. Arco himself loved his brother, trusting him unconditionally, and respected his parents. He was taught what business meant, and it wasn't as though he was deprived of his parents' affections completely. His childhood was easy compared to many others, and his parents were always careful to remind him gently that this was so. Thus, Arco never complained despite having lessons piled up from the minute he woke till late at night, and he took to his studies with dedicated purpose. He didn't want to fail his parents, who were spending so much money and time on him even if he wasn't as clever as his brother.
In this manner, the Lischka twins excelled in academics and their extra curriculars: Arco through hard work and Niko through natural talent. Unfortunately, Arco would come to find that his hard work wasn't enough. This became abundantly clear after he was kidnapped and held for ransom one summer. After three days in that dark room, he realized no one would come for him. They had Niko, after all.
Thankfully, Arco was-- eventually-- saved from his ordeal, but he returned home with his trust fundamentally shaken. He began to question his life purpose and whether he really did owe it to his parents to stay so obedient. During this time, he began to train more frequently at the archery range. It was only one of the many extra curriculars he'd been told to learn, but the practice helped clear his mind when all else failed, and it was also the only thing he did have some talent for. He couldn't hold a light to Niko when it came to holding a gun, but archery was his domain and he'd never lost a competition against his brother on these grounds.
After some thought, Arco began to withdraw from his studies to focus more on his training. Naturally, his parents were furious, but for the first time the boy stood his ground. Despite an irrepairable chasm straining his familial relationships following that particular conversation, Arco won his way from national to international competitions in the span of only a few short years. He remained studious whenever possible in order to pacify his parents, and he received an invitation from Hopes Peak Academy after defending his title for three consecutive years. It seemed like the answer to his problems-- a dorm life away from home, independant of his family and recognized for his own talents... What could go wrong?

Roleplay Sample
Arco: "W-wait--" The blonde stiffens, taking an involuntary step back in shock and most likely disgust, even if he was politely trying to force a smile at the sight of the... Whatever was being shoved in his face. It was black and slimy, the two things that should never really go together as far as he was concerned. "Don't--" Another step back, and now he was definitely losing his cool. The archer's gaze flicks from left to right, but it always stops to check the distance between himself and the offending sea cucumber inching much too closely towards him. About ten centimeters from his face and he loses the last iota of self restraint he had, shoving his brother back and positively bolting-- tripping and tumbling-- his way back to the beach deck. The screaming that followed might've been accompanied by tears, but if anyone asked it was most definitely the manliest of screams.
Disgusting.
