Description If I were a verbal person I'd say something profound about the koi and his desperate attempt to escape his watery prison. Instead... I'll just say:

I really enjoyed working on this one... Kept me busy when I was bored crapless (or carpless?) at work. Now I'll have to actually be productive! Doh!

Wow, what a beautiful image! What a beautiful carp! But... the head looks a little bit like a catfish or a beluga I think it's because of the mouth... a catfish has a lower mouth because it feeds on the bottom and a carp has a mediumly high mouth because it feeds on all levels. I think you should make its mouth a lil bit higher (like 1 or 2 mm), but that's my personal opinion.

A carp wants to fly? Tell it to go to the Dragon's Gate: if it could jump over it, it'll become a dragon!

P.S.: I love how you draw the water.
