Not quite the image of Applejack I was hoping for, but it was the closest to what I had in mind and it still works (I wanted to have it seem like she had just bucked the screen, which is why the glass is broken)

Plus, I just wanted to do a couple, more simple wallpapers in between the more time consuming wallpaper I am still working on. So I really didn't want to take the time to get an image of AJ of exactly what I wanted. But as stated, the image I found still works, and i'm still pleased with the final result.
