well, after hearing the endless praise of photoshop on this site, I finally decided to try it for myself. conclusion: its AWESOME!! so anyways, even tho this looks like a fairly simple picture, I poured hours and hours of time into it trying to master the program and mess with some new techniques.About the picture: I'm currently in a major noir stage, and I luv chloe! she is probably one of the most intriguing anime characters I have ever seen, and you've got to wonder what's going thru her head most of the time.
Chloe belongs to Noir, which belongs to... I don't know who, but not me!
