Yay, I downloaded the 30 day trial for Photoshop CS5, and wow. I love it so much! I already like the results compared to my other art drawn in photoshop elements. This took me a long time, with trials and errors. But, I finally got it to a point that I liked it. I am so happy I could scream!

Hmmm, I just went to adobe's website and downloaded the free trial. Maybe you should try again? If I remember correctly, it was fairly easy. I'm not sure why it wouldn't work. Sorry I can't be anymore help!
