I improved the ears(SOOOO MUCH BETTER!) improved the sleeves, shoes are no longer pointy, cape is shorter, pants/tights have wrinkles at knees, colors are more accurate, and the eyes look better. I think that's it.

Old Comment is old. So I found this site yesterday and got to making this. Sailor Phantom really big. She's supposed to have designs on her boots(but it didn't turn out right) and cat ears(looked horrible). I added the cape for fun. Now she has a half and full mask. I tried making one but it just didn't look right. So I took Sailor V's.
