Futaba from the manga "Pick of the Litter"I did the coloring of him that they had on the back of the manga (2nd vol I think) even though in the manga itself Futaba has darker skin.

I love Pick of the Litter, but sadly it seems to have a small fan base and little to no circulation

I know! An anime would be awesome and probably draw in more fans, as would distribution of the manga in the US, what is with TokyoPop and dropping good series?

I think they weren't able to bring over one of the volumes...or they tried shortening it into fitting into another volume....for some reason. I know it was something weird/stupid.

FUTABA! IT'S FUTABA! I love Pick of the Litter. It's a shame they cancelled the last 2 volumes. Make a Konohana(with brown hair like in the color pictures)and I'll be your best friend(Rabbits are my 2nd favorite animal).

NO NO NO NO NO! There were 6 to come. They kinda mess with how many books there are sometimes. In Japan there's 38 books of Ranma, but they made a few books have more chapters than the others, so there's 36 books in America. It's a little confusing. They made the Pick of the Litter books a little smaller, so now in America it spans over 6 books. I have book 4. Lastly, yes, it sucks like nothing else that the rest of Pick of the Litter has been canned.

Well kids now a days only read manga that are widely popluar because they see it on tv and they dont venture off and read titles they havent heard of. kinda sad really. Cause there are so many good namga out there that arent even a tv series or anything.

I know... Pick of the Litter and Pixie Pop(don't laugh)really need an Anime. They deserve it in my opinion. Not just so people can watch it, but also because they seem so brilliant yet simple at the same time.

I've picked up Pixie Pop at Borders once and skimmed through it but it didnt look like anything I wanted to read.

I hear ya. It doesn't appeal to everyone. I just love weird transformations(which is basically what Pixie Pop is about). Anyway, I'll be sending in my first Deviations in a long time in. Keep an eye out for them.

Like the coloring I did with this I used the colors they had used for him on the back of the manga even though in the manga it seems as though he is to have darker/tan skin. But when I go to do the grown up Futaba I'm going to do him tan like it seems to indicate in the manga.
