Description
I came up with the idea of Sailor Colu a while ago, but originally, it was a girl from Brainy's planet. Then, I started messing around with some blanks, and I thought "What about _Brainy_ as Sailor Colu?" So, this picture was born. It was edited from a Sailor Jupiter blank, the coloring was done in MS paint, and the final touches (blending the shades and adding effects and background) were done in The Gimp. Hopefully, I'll be able to post the story that goes along with this. ^_^

In this picture, he's in the middle of performing his "Colu Digital Radiance" attack.
