I thought I shouldn't lose it,I thought I didn't care,
but I did...
i did care.
It shouldn't pain me but it does.
It hurts to see, watch, then look away,
Trying to ignor an impossible truth.
Nails grinding;
women screaming;
thunder rolling;
rain pooring;
claws slashing;
fangs nashing;
My heart... bleeding...
my heart is bleeding, torn... burning on the floor.
My tears fall for a lost cause.
Wars have been fought...
though only with myself,
for I will NOT fight with another...
I look away trying to ignor it,
But I know it's impossible,
for even when I look away...
My dreams take me to your place,
Only to be torn back into harsh reality.
Jealousy is an ugly thing...
for you, for me, for him...
I envy you... for now I dream to take your place...

wow... except for spelling ignore oddly i really like this... if i were to ever publish my story i'd be honored if you'd let me put this (attributed to you of course) on the begining pages... I remember reading it before perhaps, and you reading it to me on the phone... but it really struck me this time
