I think you nailed her face perfectly (that doesn't sound right...). I would expect them to be haughty and arrogant. Heck, in the Rogue Trader days they quality controlled the Space Marines!

Absolutely stunning technique, and I love what you've done with the lightining anf the face (fair features, but really damn intimidating). The shoulder pads especially are just stunning, and I also really like the minimalistic colour palette, I don't art that overdoes it with contours and multicoloured details.
However, I have a tiny little complaint. Boob armour makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. It's obviously not your fault this weird fetish is all over sci-fi and fantasy art, but frankly, a female in huge and heavy plate armour would not have boob casing (for example, remember how surprised we were when Samus Is A Girl happened?). You can still give something a feminine shape (narrow waist, so on), even a slightly portruding chest area, without unreasonably and illogically creating metal boobs. And frankly, with all the rigorous physical training they undergo, I am not sure the Sisters would have anything more than cup As. Boobs are fat, you know.

Well, frankly, a strong and relatable face can make the difference between a simply nice piece and a piece that is actually striking, especially in a fandom like 40k, that is meant to inspire strong passions. (preferably, of epic proportions) But I think you're already in the right direction. It's a great face compared to some inappropriately kawaii faces I've seen in other sisters artwork, that make them look like hentai maids with guns.
As for boob armour, my main issue with it is not "blah blah disrespect towards women, objectification, blah". I mean, have they seen space marines? They are even more gender-stereotypical in their physique and their masculinity is exploited to ridiculous levels. Which is all sort of fine, and to be expected in this sort of subculture.
My issue is that I just don't buy it, on a WAAAGH level. You know, your thin, molten, shapely boob plate will not stop these damn bullets, lady. In a fandom where we are here mostly for the "there is only war" part, the "war" part has to work on a believable level. Boobs are secondary to pew pew pew pew pew pew pew BOOM.
Anyway, you're a great artist. I'll watch out for your next attempts.

I agree with everything you have written here. actually its the same way of how I see parts of the 40K universe, a lot of the armors are not functional and are just made for the wow factor. Maybe once I paint the final portray of the sister I will go back and repaint another one with no boob armor.

oh no I'm referring his literary merits. For one his habit of contradicting himself on certain fluff of corruption mainly noting Kaldor Draigo who utilizes the warp without penalty from chaos which is an ever present threat to phsycers. Secondly I have duly noted his affinity towards constantly killing and or mutilating sisters of battle to the point of Misogyny. I don't hate him however I do acknowledge his ill reputation amongst the majority of war-hammer fans mostly due to his monopoly on "cannon space marines".
I respect your opinion. However please realize that its not the only one.

I really like how the breastplate is currently plain and unadorned with frivolous stuff. It really draws your eyes to her face and the item she is holding up.
