Well, I've been listening to music from TOS and the films, so I'm overly emotional anyhow... Star Trek music does that to me.(Yes, as much as I hate JJTrek, it DID have great music, especially the new version of the TOS theme.)

Still prefer Jerry Goldsmith's theme, honestly. That theme was the first Star Trek music I remember distinctly, even though I watched the show before the film came out.

Thanks, I haven't played for a few months now. I got very disillusioned after it went F2P, what I was getting as a Sub'd player did not add up to what I was paying for. And once you had to start paying to buy 1 use only keys to open loot boxes I left.

Sometimes I miss it, I left with 2 VA's a General and 2 Commanders. My Main was a Bajoran Tac Officer in command of a Galaxy Retorfit, I had him kitted out to be an off tank in space and a marksman in ground combat.

Ah, that seems like a lot to leave behind, especially after all that work you've put into it. It seems that the Free-to-Play has caused a lot of trouble, hasn't it?

True, money too, I think I paid over $300 on the C-Store as well as over a years worth of monthly subscriptions.
Still, the main problem I had was that it didn't feel like Star Trek any more. It felt like the Star Trek name was put onto a game where the only way to move forward was to pay, regardless of if you where subscribed or not.
To each their own though, if you're enjoying it keep playing.
