I really like this

The color and framing are especially nice

The only criticism I have is I see a little bit of purple fringing on the tree, but it's not that bad

I took two shots in RAW, and merged them into one by overlapping two layers (one was exposed for the sky and one for the hills as I do not have an appropriate filter).

I was going to use Photomatix or CS3 to merge into a HDR, but I wanted to keep the natural look of the photo (as this is exactly how it looked).

Beautiful place! Did you use something special to shoot this, like shooting in RAW? Everything is so clear and beautiful
