Ooh, I think you just hit everything right on the mark this time. The title interacts so well with many facets of the photo and you can sense the inner turmoil. It almost seems like imagined blood and a mind wrought with guilt as well as looking like the immediate aftermath of a heated crime. I think linedanser would make an awesome Lady Macbeth.
