Nope, no story for this one. It was for the 100 Flash Close video . Hikari and Tomomi are on one of the Tamakachi Clan's special ships, which can navigate the clouds only with a four man team of Tamakachi naturals. They're in transit to the Konoha survivor base camp, where Sakura is and where Saori was taken by Pain shortly before the battle. The marks you see on their faces are their battle marks/war paint marks. Each of the captains have a unique marking.

Really old, as those who watched know. Btw, if you wondered why I flipped through flashes 1-95 in the video so fast and distastefully, it is because I am paranoid. If you don't get it, that's okay. Just think I'm distasteful and it's all good
