Hay peepz, looks like I have another Latisona redesign! Volta's old markings seemed a little clichΓ© and boring, so I changed them a bit. I also gave her the other end of the extension cord.This also doubles as my deviantID for 2010-2011. Looking back at my old works, it seemed to me like I've been trying to imitate official artwork too much when drawing the Latis. For this picture I decided to relax a bit and just let the lines flow. I kind of like how this turned out. I think I may try to draw Latias more like this in future works. In the long term, having your own style makes things easier, because when you try to draw other things (like, other PokΓ©mon, for instance), they won't look as awkward if they don't match official designs completely. Plus, this way is a lot more fun! :P

I'm liking the new markings, although I think it would look better if you had all solid lines instead of having some parts just fade out.

I often pay for images because I'm not too good at asking for requests. Only ones I ask are the artists that insist that it is fine, or ask me what I would like drawn. XD
