Watched Game of Thrones in 2 sittings, doodled this in 1, and tried to explain the gist of the story to my aunt in a few sentences. Latter was impossible, I'm afraid. Like coming up with a multicolored, multitoned CG in MS Paint.Anyway, I think Joffrey makes Draco Malfoy look like a saint. I kind of expected this scene since I read the wikis and browsed the book before, but it still hit me hard when I finally watched it. Paint Tool Sai + minor Photoshop tweaks.

Yeah, I'd been anticipating it for ages but I was surprised at how difficult it was to watch even when you know everything in advance. You've captured the emotion of the scene, especially in Arya's face. Did you paint the texture on the statue or is is some kind of brush?

I kind of wanted Arya to look more boyish, but from what I understand, she's actually quite attractive and looks like her aunt Lyanna. It's just that she's such a tomboy that people think she's a dude
Mato really loves Game of Thrones, btw. I got her to watch the marathon with me, uncensored. She even looked it up on wiki for a bit. Now it's over, we have nothing to watch
