Hello sakimichan, can I ask a question? I want to draw things like these I mean like comics, fanarts etc. And I want to buy supplies for these things what materials should I get? Is there any programme and drawing pad you suggest? I want to buy Clip Studio Paint or Paint Tool SAI or maybe another one. As a drawing pad I found Wacom Intuos Draw. Please help me about that

Maybe I'm a little late but I just wanted to help you a little~
If you want to start with digital art you can start with Krita or Autodesk SketchBook pro and later on you could switch to Paint Tool SAI (wich is one of my favortie art programs besides photoshop. Sakimichan uses photoshop btw).
I think a Wacom Intuos would be a good start, I also started with the Wacom Intuos S (the price is around 100 I think)
If you first start digital art it will feel super weird and maybe you will not be satisfied with your first digital artworks but just keep going and never give up, you will get better with every picture

Since you're just beginning (like me!) I recommend saving some money where possible as you learn. Krita is an amazing free painting program with a ton of tutorials and a brush engine that may be better than Photoshop. As for a drawing pad, Wacom isn't the only brand out there. I've had great success with an XP-Pen tablet which is significantly cheaper than wacom and has amazing pen pressure and support. When in doubt... a notebook, photos for references and pencil are still the best tools.
