It's not about being offended, it's about keeping their investors happy (and by that also investing more money), into a platform that will keep it's audience base (which are underage kids) lol
If there's sexual content, from a person as huge as Sakimi, then they need to make sure it's dealt with, lest they lose investors and in turn, lose money.
But yeah, it's a different shift in policy, and how much dA wants to tolerate sexualize content, if they want to have it at all.

When you become as big as Sakimi, you have to keep in mind that amount of reach that you have.
Sure, the rando that has 50 followers that draws in ms weird diaper tickle fetish garbage, isn't usually reported and dA doesn't usually notice them.
But when you have someone like Sakimi, that has the highest paying patreon, one of the most watched accounts here on dA and who's main watcher base is under aged, then Sakimi themselves should be having a bit more self awareness as to what their actions are doing.
dA is just enforcing rules they've always had, and starting with the 'big fish' first.
