First of all, the design theme just had me screaming from excitement!! The request was to create a character based on a general MDZS clothing style, but mixed with details and embroidery inspired from Nier:Automata -!!!! HOW COOL IS THAT
The embroidery was super fun to draw! I had to stare at 2B's design for a bit to get an overall feel again of the general way the Nier embroidery patterns are shaped, and then I just had fun coming up with little designs! >v<
Also~! The colorscheme is based on a specific location in Nier:Automata QvQ Namely: EMIL'S CAVE IN THE ABANDONDED MALL o)-) //cRIES TEARS FOR OBVIOUS REASONS
The combination and contrast of dark colors with lighter ones is indeed so beautiful in that area T3T Since I was asked to base the design's colors on them, I also thought to... well... incorporate little flowers as well //I mean there's a sea of Lunar Tears growing in that place how could I not! _(:'3_)TL
