Of course this was inspired by Beyonce's Single Ladies (Put a Ring on it). I love the music video. The choreography is AWESOME and I almost have the pump walk down. XD
From left to right there's Sora, Firanna, and Nightingale. ^^
To get these poses I froze a frame from the video and it was too perfect not to use. ^^ I only traced the skeletons but I fleshed them out and added details freehand.
Firanna's proportioned like Beyonce' XD
I know the anatomy of all three of them are bad. What can I do to improve them? And also, do the shadows and highlights make sense?

improving anatomy is always a fun topic. practice and reference in general are usually good advice.
the two on the side are pretty good on their upper body, though their legs are a bit off. their legs are done pretty well, you may have to use a reference to help fix them.
watch the shapes of their wastes.
the mouths on the side two are ok, but because their heads are at an angle. it doesn't work as well on the center one. as far as the center one, her boobs are too far to the side, maybe moving them closer. I'm not sure what's up with the silver 'claw'. her pose is too perfect/center. i think the shoulder with the black might be bigger than the bare one, i'm not sure. her right leg might be longer than her left one. her ankles and feet are bent slightly inward i think. her shadow is mostly good, but it's not under feet, it's more behind them (and you know people have shadows under their feet), maybe it would help if it just extended to be more under her feet.
also, all of them have feet from head on front or side views, and it looks ridged. unless the camera was at their feet, pointing up from just the right spot it wouldn't look like that. (again references can help)
those i must say over all your anatomy isn't bad, there's a few little things that could use some adjusting, but cartoon and anime characters are known for being unrealistic.
the shadows on the ground seem ok, but on their bodies you have placement and sometimes contrast issues. on the girl with the white hair, the shadows are barely their at all. the actual shading technique seem ok on the one with brown highlighted hair. knowing where to put shadows isn't something i'm so great at either, but I find the MA lesson it helpful: [link]
(referencing objects in real life helps too, sorry but i'm not the best at placing shadows myself)
so over all not that bad really, just keep working at it! I like their expressions, and the poses you've picked work really well together. also the outfits (including shoes) match that whole attitude the piece has (including the attitude on their faces).

You did the anatomy well. The only thing that concerns me is that maybe you need to add more shade, they're too thin, if you ask me, especially the girl with white hair.
The shade on her body is almost invisible to see. XD;;

I think you mastered the anatomy very well. Maybe you could add some more details or so^^
Also, the method you used to draw the ladies is quiet good to practise anatomy. Just use reference and have a good look at photos
Concerning the light and shadow, it's already a good basic shading. I like the soft blending^^
You could have added structure for the hair and a brighter shade for the skin to have a highlight.
Otherwise I think you did very well!

Like others have already pointed out, the boobs on the middle is too high up. They're only high when a push-up bra of some kind is worn. (That, or she had plastic surgery... <_< >_>)
I'd also like to point out that her left shoulder (right to us) is too long.
I really like the hand on the purple-eyed girl, it's wonderfully drawn. However, her kneeling leg looks very odd.. as if it's broken in two parts.
The white-haired girl.. I'm not sure what you're trying to do with her shoulders, but if you're making one of them up and the other down,
I suggest having the shoulders follow a line at an angle. It will help make it look more natural. Right now, it just looks like she is tensing up her left shoulder.
Other than that, you seem to have the basic anatomy down.
As for the shadows/highlights:
I want to say that the shadows on the white-haired girl is too subtle, but then, my monitor is unusually bright.
Most of it makes sense, except for the shadows on the middle girl's leg. The shadows on the floor indicates that the light is coming from the right (our right). If that is so, then there shouldn't be any shadow on her right (our left) leg toward the inside. It'd make more sense for the shadows to be on the other side.

The anatomy is not bad. U just need to put more detail in Ur art. For example finger, also so line in their body. The shadow is nice. but U must focus from 'where the light come'. It will make U easier to decide which area should U shade ^^

well one thing, the one i the one in the middle there boobs are way too high up.
and i agree with you on the thing with the hands. they are a bitch to draw but i would at least draw the thumb and the pointer finger seperate (thats what i do with drawings like these.
the shadows on the floor look really good, but the girls themselves could use alot more of it. and maybe put just a tad bit of highlighting on their skin to make look shiny like in the music video
and some more clothing details never huts either

Yeeaaaahh I got lazy 'cause I didn't sketch the hands and it was WAAAYY too hard to try and SAI it. >.< It's so weird sometimes I have no problems drawing hands (which is really rare actually.. >.< ) and most of the time I just can't do it at all. TT^TT I wanna get betteeerrrr!
