After a long period! I'VE FINALLY PULLED OUT THOSE PRISMAS!! My father was playing a song called "Earth wind water and fire" XD and I was listening in and sketching away and for some reason got this very candy-looking picture! No it's not supposed to be sailor moon >____< xDEven though I drew this picture with a grey marker before hand, I'm very happy with this picture! O_O even though the hands are a bit wierd and the chest area too T_T but still!

You know, I have to agree with ~Momosanpeach . But hey, other than that, this is really cute! I like the girl holding the lollipop!!

cute as far as character, colors, etc goes
but i have to say this one stuck out like a sore thumb in your collection, not exactly in a good way either. so before i say what i will of this, keep in mind that i am only here to tell you what i see and give you possible direction for improvement.
her features are so exaggerated that they look almost horrendous. there is no way on earth somebody that skinny (who doesnt look like skin and bones) could have hips that wide. i reccomend actually toning the curves down a bit. you make it look like you didn't put any time or effort into drawing her, and you want it to see like this took a long time or like you really put your heart and osul into your work (well not necessarily, but you want your presence as an artist to be there). the shoulders also rise a bit much i dont know how to fix it because i know what you were ttrying to do but i have the same problem myself.
i would agree that the chest is not right but right now i cant figure out exactly how it could be changed. i also noticed the lines on the chest (the ones going down) should have been placed higher.
other than that, beautiful coloring and a cute character. just work on those hips a bit ;3 don't want them to break when she bumps into something do you?
