This is a GREAT shot. I have two suggestions. First, you could repair that defect in the apple. Second, I think cropping it just below her hand would improve the composition.

I really like this one. The stray hairs add to the effect of an Eden where we don't have to worry about appearance (I doubt an Adam and Eve would have combed their hair). I actually think the composition is great as is. He bare shoulder (knee?) and the leaf at the bottom drive home innocence and nature. So I guess perhaps the composition may be better cropped but the additional elements tell a story to me. The green also seems to be helping the red stand out more.
