Description
I haven’t done a sketch dump in awhile and had a lot of crap so I figured why not?
I wasn’t kidding when I said that I have been DRAWING a lot just not POSTING a lot over the past few months. There is a lot more than this but I just kind of picked and chose what I liked/what would fit. You might recognize a few things from the stitch punk challenge (to my chagrin, the glut of this is still stitch punks, but oh well).
Sorry it’s so big, but, thems the breaks.
Some new characters, but I’m not going to use this space to go into them. If you’re interested in something specific feel free to ask, though!

1) The lineart of Romulus and Remus. If you want to know more about them, see here: [link]
2) Concept of a Boeing Patrolman/Cybele.
3) Concept of the character Nergal for Monster and I’s Tartarus, who is partially based on my other character, Hackney.
4) Concept of Cybele, the elder daughter of the leaders of The Pale, Ischtar and Apollo. Formerly a character named Lyre with a completely different personality.
5) Nikola’s companion beast that he made himself, illustrating his affinity for the arts. She functions for Nikolai much like Upsilon functioned for Psi, and is sort Nikola’s tribute to Upsilon in general. Her name is Regis.
6) Older version of Niko (who as a refresher is 12 and Psi‘s son). When he gets his adult upgrades he goes for a much more muscular, square build, for the purposes of having higher strength/stamina to lug around and weld large heavy pieces of metal.
7) ~Warlocked222 ’s Vagabond about to sock Torvald in the face.
8) Torvald again.
9) Awhile ago I had briefly mentioned a concept called Kismet. It was going to be much more involved and launched by now, but around the time I was doing concept art for it, my father’s health took a dive and I stopped working on it for awhile. During that time I kind of came to the conclusion that while I liked the world, I didn’t really have any good characters for it. It’s still a world I want to explore, but, for another time. Kismet was to be an adventure series based around a character that was crafted and controlled by the audience - the audience would have picked the characters name, sex, race and class by a majority vote, and then would have given them actions to perform. They would go through the world of Talas, a high-fantasy setting taking place during Talas’ golden age of piracy on the high seas, with a focus on exotic locations of the “new world”. You would also get to pick up companions to add to your party. This character, The Mantis Priest (who the audience would also have named), was one of those potential party members.
10) Concept for another stitch punk from The Pale, Enkidu, based off the character from the Epic of Gilgamesh.
11) An inkling I did on commission for one of ~cookiecutter60 ’s characters.
12) Nergal again. (see 3)
13) Heads of Bolin and Lin from LoK. I won’t use this as my platform to bitch about how absolutely awful and anticlimactic and disappointing LoK was. I’ll just say I thought Bolin and Lin were pretty fuckin neato and leave it at that.
14) Concept of Cinnabar, a traveling scribe with a soul donated by a Turkish linguist.
15) Another concept of a race/potential character from Kismet (see 9) called Kheyranic elves, who had an aesthetic/culture that was inspired by the Ottoman Turks and TES’ refreshing take on dark elves, the Dunmer.
16) Pokemans. My Scrafty Kinski and some random Zangoose.
17) Just Izd.
18) Concept of another character from Tartarus (like Rom and Rem and Nergal), Ajax. The first three blue sketches are ideas for his head, the last black and white sketch is closest to what will be the final result.

20) Stuff done while bored to tears in class, eyes/mouth combos of various Oom characters. Top to bottom: Arquis, Zyther, Izd, Nike, Oom, Gumlatch, Able.
21) As of yet unrevealed character that I will talk more about later, a white sprite named Nike, who will be Arq’s eventual traveling companion.
22) Nike just doin’ his job (he works in a brothel but is actually just a janitor, but wants to be a wanton mistress of the night). Arq is not interested. Probably sometime during when they first meet.
23) Done awhile ago so Arq’s ears are not like they’re drawn here anymore. Once Nike realizes Arq is just a giant doofus in out of his depth, he goes from stripper mode to mommy mode pretty quickly.
