Description

Winter in Stonehaven was unforgiving, and this year it had seemed especially so. As the snowdrifts piled higher and higher in their mountain haven, activity became more sluggish and safety much more of a concern. Blaidd rarely found itself feeling restless and uncomfortable, but every year, Haven winters tested that. To help relieve the unease, the white specter found itself expanding its social horizons, seeking new Haveners who may be persuaded to fawn over them.

Being close-knit was important; though for Blaidd, perhaps not in the same way as others may view it. There was power in knowing other wolves and gaining their trust. Nita was a powerful wolf with the battle scars to prove it, and Blaidd knew she could be useful to him. Nita, for all her attempts, did not seem overly comfortable with the pale Pathfinder's attention and charm. WC:142
