this is a design i made for a websites that lists Cyprus medical services as well as other services.. since it intended for Medical tourism, and i tried to make a fun illustration that demonstrates both.. and i made the medical tube with a drink umbrella in it as a hint for tourism
..also they were looking for a clean web2.0 layout that is easy to navigate..

Pretty cool, love the colors!
Myself, I would have liked if it was a little less "boxy"...I'd have dropped the borders for some of the items, especially the "choose treatment", "choose your specialization" and "choose city". I think that would have made it look less crowded.

yes you are right.. it looks a bit boxy.. but since it was all white i thought i could add boxes to separate areas from each other so i dont have every thing floating.. but i guess it ended up looking a bit crowded.. thanks for your comment

The design is pretty neat, but you should probably consider making the "Hotels in Limassol:" and "Car Rentals in Limassol:" boxes a little wider and aligned with the box above it (the left side of the "Hotels in Limassol:" box).
The "Your Search Results" box should also be a little wider to the right so that there isn't so much empty space in between the two boxes.

thanks for your comment and yes i think you are right about the alignment of the boxes.. about the search result box actually i placed it there so it doesn't interfere with the illustration.. because the tube is wide from the bottom and narrow from the top it looks like there is an empty space besides the search results box
