Same thing happened to me.
We're taking a food handler's course, and on answers where you had to type something, I used proper punctuation (Capitals) and the answers weren't capitalized.
Thankfully no points were deducted.

Something similar to this happened to me when I was taking a little chemistry quiz, for you see my teacher would posts weekly assignments and at the end of them, there would be a google forms quiz.
The subject was Charles's Law (V1/T1 = V2/T2), I just finished the entire assignment except the quiz. As I was taking it, one of the questions was "What is Boyle's Law?" (P1 x V1 = P2 x V2) which was the thing we learned the previous week. I thought that it was purposely put there to remind us of the previous lesson or that it was supposed to be a trick question, because teachers sometimes do that. So I ended up choosing the wrong score and got points reduced (Wasn't too devastating though). That's when I realized it was a mistake
I sent the teacher an e-mail about it and she fixed it.
Moral of the story: Always proof read your quizzes before sending them to your students.
