My Akatsuki OC~She's a rouge kunoichi from the Hidden Star Village. Back in the Star Village, she snuck to the special chakra star, secretly carved a bit out of it and turned it into the star ring & hairclips you see her wearing. They give her the ability to use the purple chakra, without the special chakra taking her life like the others who absorbed it's power.
She loves and respects Deidara's art, and is also artistic with her jutsu, which Deidara admires. Which is why Tsiomi and Deidara get along so good and date. <3
They eventually have 2 kids, a boy and girl, named Shudei and Kyusu.
