I like the sharp line quality and the very close resemblance to Kishimoto's art-style. Definately helps make her look like a legitamate Naruto character. Plus you used a far more reserved posing that aludes to her character personality, rather than cop out to a standard flirty/sexualized out-of-character pose.
Overall I think it was done with utmost care and attention and you deserve alot of credit for what must have been quite a bit of work. Kudos!
