Super Powered Dating Chapter 1: Meeting the Folks
Welp, this is just great. One of the most anticipated, and now dreaded, days has finally arrived. I mean I shouldn’t say dreaded as it is my grandmother’s ninety-fifth birthday, and it is not everyday that someone turns ninety-five. I love my grandmother immensely, she is honestly the best grandmother in the whole world. Mother of seven, grandmother of quadruple that, and even a great-grandmother, this lady has seen and done it all.
Grandma always played a major role in everyone’s lives. There were many a night where the clan of us cousins would spend the night at grandma’s. I don’t know how the lady managed so many, but she kept us occupied. I guess being a retired teacher has its benefits.
In fact it was because of Grandma that I went into school for teaching. Also having fifteen younger cousins pathed that path…
