This is SILENCINGLY beautiful. The interplay of each of the characters, each blending seamlessly into the next, the colors shifting ever so subtly to create a tasteful and masterful whole. An excellent portrayal of harmony.

This was part of a Hasbro-sponsored design contest where Equestria Girls characters were sort of discouraged - Hasbro seems to distinguish between FiM and EG (including Sunset, even as a pony), and they seemed to only want FiM for this contest.
So she was excluded to stay within the contest guidelines for this one.
As for Cadence, I tend to group her, Shining, etc as Crystal Empire residents; they don't always make it to Ponyville's photo ops
