The Hellemental form of Galeo. The curse has corrupted his body and severed his ties to the wind and air. What was once a pure and clear sky now has grown dark and he is now the embodiment of a dark storm. Now known as the Howling Tempest, he threatens to shroud the whole world in black clouds and eviscerate the land with lightning storms.
