April 2010, and this is only my second completed digital painting/Illustration this year... It has been a rut, but at least I spent a lot of time and effort on this one.Anyways, this was a chance to pay homage to possibly my favorite PIXAR film and an excuse to paint gourmet French food with names I can't even pronounce. I used the magazine Saveurs for food inspiration.

The way you painted it, how you drew the rat so perfectly, the colors you chosed and just the whole scene is beautiful!

The only negative point for me is the fact that the pic is too small for such beautiful details,, I've checked your gallery and it's always the same with your detailed works ... maybe you've your own reasons, but for me, an art appreciator ... it's kind of a waste you see
