For dragon design contest

I was just callin it a Dragon Fey for the longest till a friend unintentionally helped me rename it XD

Anyway, these guys range from palm sized to about 2 feet in length (not including tail). Their nature is very mischievous and can be compared to old Faerie tales where the fey could sometimes be considered demonic. While these dragons are not really "evil" you could consider them Neutral Evil because of their habits of tricking humans and leading them astray (not quite into danger per se, but making life inconvenient). They generally will not do anyone or anything harm unless it is threatened.

They are actually quite nice to children, but if they become attached and possessive they might find it in their interest to steal the child away. This is where their name comes from as they are compared to the Pied Piper who lead mice away and when wasn't paid for his service, lead the children away as well (I know there are other variations of the folklore).

They will often guise themselves as odd lizards by hiding their wings to get closer to human mischeif as well.
