Hope you feel less stressed soon. I'm always busy at work, so no time to be stressed while making lots of cookie dough. Even then, though, there are deadlines, plus there's the holidays now. I'm too busy to have time to dwell on it. I'm often a jittery mess when I have nothing to do. Do you have pets? If so, play with them when you're stressed. Even if you just lay around with them.

Even if you join them in a nap pile on the floor, go play with your dogs. When I visit my neighbor's husky that has the markings of a wolf, she and I run around a bit, I talk in husky sounds with her, and then we usually lay together in a sunny spot.
