Headcanon time!
-Her and Donald? Best siblings, they fight and call each other names but they still love and support each other
- Donald calls her Dumbella and as retaliation, she calls him Dumbonald
- They were totally Scrooge’s personal Pilot and Sailor for adventures
- I will bet 100 dollars that Donald was ecstatic that he was going to be an Uncle when Della announced she was pregnant

Its actually pretty debatable.
Barks and Rosa essentially consider Donald Duck and the others to just be ducks "visually". Donald is written as being human.
However, some european comic artists go with the egg thing(most notably Marco Rota).
